We collect details you provide, which may include your name, WhatsApp number, age, weight, optional height, selected symptoms, health history and liver-related information. We may also record assessment progress, WhatsApp verification status, consultation interest, submission times and advertising attribution parameters.
2. How information is used
Information is used to create your screening summary, verify your WhatsApp number, show your private screening summary on this website, respond to consultation requests and manage related service enquiries. Advertising attribution helps us understand where enquiries originated.
3. Storage and security
The assessment system uses encrypted storage for submitted assessment information and secure report tokens with limited validity. Lead-management records may separately contain contact details and enquiry status. No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
4. WhatsApp communication
Verification codes are sent through our WhatsApp messaging integration. Your private screening summary opens on this website after successful verification. WhatsApp messaging involves Meta and associated service infrastructure. Please avoid forwarding private report links.
5. Service providers
Our assessment workflow uses website hosting, WhatsApp messaging services and Google Sheets for lead-management records. Relevant information is processed through these services as required for their respective functions and subject to applicable service terms and safeguards.
6. Advertising and analytics
Campaign parameters may be stored for lead attribution. Any additional advertising pixels, conversion tracking or similar technologies require separate evaluation and appropriate notices or choices before activation.
7. Retention
Our operational retention target for Liver Assessment submissions and related lead records is 30 days. Records may require longer retention where applicable law, clinical obligations, legitimate disputes or preservation requirements apply. Deletion processes for data held by connected service providers are being finalised. You may contact us for information or deletion requests.
8. Privacy requests
For questions, access requests, corrections or deletion requests, email us. We may need to verify your identity and assess requests under applicable legal and operational requirements.
